There are no changes in the calculation of UEFA Country Ranking since season 2018/19.

Calculation of UEFA Club Ranking

There aren't any points for teams eliminated in Champions League qualification because all teams continue in Europa League.
Points for teams eliminated in Europa League increased a little bit because there is one more (preliminary) round in qualification.
